Core Mechanics
Core mechanics describe how the main systems connect to each other.
Era of Valor is not a set of isolated menus. Hunt, Heroes, Bosses, Summon, Quests, Shop, Bank, Ranking, and Social all contribute to account growth.
Main Gameplay Loop
The central loop is:
- Push Hunt stages.
- Increase AFK reward income.
- Claim resources.
- Upgrade Heroes.
- Fight Bosses.
- Complete Quests.
- Use Summon to expand your options.
- Return to Hunt with a stronger team.
This loop is intentionally repeatable. Small daily improvements add up and eventually let you clear stages that were previously blocked.
Combat Power
Your effective strength comes mainly from heroes and their supporting systems:
- Hero level
- Hero stars
- Equipment
- Active abilities
- Passive abilities
- Roster depth from summoning
The practical rule is simple: if you are stuck, improve your strongest heroes first, then try again.
Daily Limits
Some systems are limited by time or attempts:
- AFK rewards stop accumulating after 48 hours.
- Daily Boss has 3 attempts per day.
- Daily Quests reset and should be completed regularly.
- Shops and offers may change over time.
These limits create a daily rhythm. Missing one day is not fatal, but consistently using these systems gives a large advantage.
Reward Types
The guide mentions several reward categories:
- Gold
- Blue Orbs
- Crystals
- Emeralds
- Keys
- Materials
- Equipment
- Hero fragments
Different systems reward different resources. Hunt and AFK income help with upgrades, Bosses reward performance, Quests guide early activity, and Summon turns keys into new power.
Best Early Rule
Do not spread upgrades across every hero immediately. Pick your main heroes, keep them ahead, and let them carry Hunt and Boss progress.
